Terms

Last updated 25 September 2026.

We do not guarantee that you will obtain an appointment. We watch published availability and tell you what we saw. We do not book anything, we have no relationship with any embassy, consulate or visa application centre, and we cannot reserve, hold or influence a slot.

What this service is

Schengen Visa Radar watches published Schengen visa appointment availability at UK application centres and tells you when a country you chose appears to have opened. It is an independent information service. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, or a booking agent, and it is not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa agency.

What we cannot promise

Do not make a travel booking, a payment, or any other commitment on the strength of an alert alone. Confirm it on the official site first.

Your account

You need a working email address you control, and you must be 16 or over. Do not sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission. One person, one account. We do not knowingly hold data about children — if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it. You can delete your account at any time from your alerts page.

Acceptable use

Personal use only. Do not resell or redistribute our alerts, scrape the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or with other people's accounts. We may suspend or remove an account that does any of these, or that abuses the service in a way not listed here.

Paid plans

A pass runs for the period you bought and then stops. Nothing renews and nothing recurs. There is no subscription to cancel and we cannot charge you again unless you buy another pass yourself.

You can cancel within 14 days. Because you bought this online without meeting us, the law gives you 14 days from the day you bought to change your mind. Alerts start immediately, which is the point of the service and what you asked for, so we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you were already covered and refund the rest. To cancel, write to help@schengenvisaradar.com.

After those 14 days a pass runs to its end date and is not refundable. If we have taken money in error, tell us whenever you notice and we will refund it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it — including a missed appointment, a missed deadline, or travel costs. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
